The lack of daily housekeeping was quite a surprise. I suppose i am used to having my trash emptied without asking. the carpet had a few questionable stains. also, the promised "city view" overlooked some kind of building installation. Quite picturesque if you enjoy industrial aesthetics and minimal housekeeping, stained carpet

i liked the convenient location near ginza station. it made exploring the area simple. the in-room washer and dryer was very useful , especially after long days of sightseeing. the staff were responsive when my luggage arrived early.

The hotel offered limited housekeeping services . I only received towel replacement and trash removal. i was surprised that a full cleaning service required an extra charge. this felt a little like staying in an airbnb , and i expected more from a hotel.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. i loved having a washer and dryer in the room. It was super convenient. the complimentary umbrellas for the rain were also a nice touch, and i really appreciated the provided pyjamas.

the room was a bit small. there was not enough space to fully open a full-sized suitcase, made organizing my belongings a challenge.

The hotel's location is near the higashiginza train station which allowed easy access to various parts of the city. I especially appreciated the in-room washer and dryer unit. It was very convenient to have fresh clothes daily. Free coffee in the lobby was a good perk.

The window in my room was opaque and not openable. This meant there was a lack of natural light and fresh air. The bright green light from the ac panel was distracting at night.

The location was indeed excellent. Ginza station was a short walk. a quicker walk took me to higashi-ginza station. i was also pleased to find a washing machine in my room. this meant i could pack fewer clothes.

The bathroom shower wall had some dirt. I told the receptionist, but nothing happened. all i got was extra towels. I returned them. breakfast had limited variety. there were very few products to choose from. the quality seemed regular.
